This page will teach you how to send EasyShifts shift information into ADP WorkForce Now so you can view Scheduled vs Actual report.

1. Go to “Reports”

2. Click “Payroll”

3. You can customize your report options and then click “Run”

4. Click “Export Shifts to ADP”

5. The “Status” column will let you know if the shifts are ready to send or if there is a potential issue

6. Click “Submit.” (The info will not immediately be sent to ADP. It will be sent within 1 hour. If you would like to send the information immediately, follow steps 7-9)

7. Go to the “Reports” page

8. Click “ADP Shift Export History”

9. Click “Start Export Jobs”
