Adding New Job Titles

 

Create the new job title:

 

 1. Go to Settings

 

2. Choose Job Title

 

3. Type the name of your new title

 

4. Select a color

 

5. Choose whether or not to include in overtime, guard conflicts, make it a training title, or allow punches without a shift if using Time Clock.

 

6. Click Add

   

 

After you have added the new Job Title, you can add it to your Template.

 

1. Go to Template Schedules

 

2. Click on Modify Structure

   

 

3. Click on your new Job Title to add a check mark

 

4. Click Save-Your new Job Title is now on your Template

   

Assign the new Job Title to employees

 

1. Go to Employees page

 

2. Edit an employee that needs that title

 

 

3. Select the title

 

4. Click save
