ADP Time Off Requests

CREATING A TIME OFF REQUEST

1. Go to “Time Off”

 

2. Click “Assign New Time Off”

 

3. Fill out the “Reason” for the vacation

 

4. Choose the employee (you must choose the employee before the Type-it will communicate with ADP to see which time off policies they have in ADP)

 

5. Select the Type (You must select an ADP policy for the time off request to be sent to ADP)

 

6. Set the state of the request (a request must be “Approved” in order to be sent to ADP)

  

7. Set the start and end date

  

8. Fill out an explanation if desired

  

9. Save

   

APPROVING A TIME OFF REQUEST

1. Go to “Time Off”

 

2. Click “Edit” for the desired request

3. Select the Type (You must select an ADP policy for the time off request to be sent to ADP)

  

4. Save
