Intro Letters

This video will show you how to print intro letters:

EasyShifts provides new users with an introduction letter telling them what their username and password is, where they can login, how to reach the support team, and when their temporary password will expire.

  

To print 'Intro Letters' for all employees:

 
1. Click the 'Employees' tab.

 
2. Click 'Print Intro Letters'.

 
3. Click 'Set Passwords' to assign a random password to each letter.

 
4. Print letters by right-clicking your mouse and selecting "Print", or by pressing Ctrl and P at the same time.

 

    

To print an individual 'Intro Letter':

 
1. Click the 'Employees' tab.

 
2. Click 'edit' for the employee you wish to pint the letter for.

 
3. Click 'Print Intro Letters'

 
4. Click 'Set Passwords' to assign a random password to each letter.

 
5. Print letters by right-clicking your mouse and selecting "Print", or by pressing Ctrl and P at the same time.
